I have a few ideas for you.
One, try looking at maternity photography websites for posing and composition ideas for your pregnant models. I link to an amazing maternity posing guide here:
http://pareandfocus.com/index.htm/must-see-maternity-posing-guide/Next, I like some of the processing you're doing, like using a blur effect to make the subject stand out, and I have some other suggestions that will make your photos POP.
•Make sure your photos are bright enough - using automatic settings cameras will tend to make photos too dark and if they're not bright enough they'll get "lost" when you see them on a website - use Picnik or GIMP to brighten photos in post processing or exposure compensation in your camera to make them brighter as you take them.
•Make sure they have enough contrast. Adding contrast in a program like Picnik or GIMP will make your photos Pop when they look a little dull or blah..
•Make sure your pictures are the correct colors - cameras don't always get colors (white balance) perfect when switch between light sources. Your outdoor pictures all look like the correct white balance, but the indoor photos look a little off... they're a little warm or yellow looking. You can fix that in a photo editing program like GIMP and you can try getting a better result in camera by choosing the white balance setting to match the light source you're using. Use the sunshine setting for direct sunlight, use the cloud setting for outdoor photos that are in clouds or overcast, use the house setting when you're in shade, and the lightbulb setting when you're using old school incandescent lightbulbs to light your work. Try not to mix light sources in the same photo, as no camera or setting is god at handling colors from many kinds of light at once (avoid using incandescent and window light at the same time, etc.)
•Remember what your subject is... the sash or hairband. It's cool that you added a blur around the maternity sash to make the picture more focused on the sash... but since it's not a model or portrait picture we don't even really need your friend's face in there. In fact, having a face, even if it's blurred, can make the viewer's attention go to the face instead of the product. Try cropping the photo so it's still recognizable as a pregnant lady, but it's more about the sash than your friend.
I don't think I can upload photos here, but I can show you an example that I posted on my flickr (I linked it back to your shop). I brightened, cropped, and increased the contrast and I think it's got more of the POP you were looking for. here it is

Sorry this is so long!!! Hope it helps some!
