Help Using Tumbler ?

I am new to tumbler. I can't seem to post with a photo of my item. It just shows the title that I give it and no picture. Does anyone know how I would go about posting with the visual link or do I just upload the individual photos ? Thanks -K

If you're trying to post from etsy I don't think you can. You have to upload the picture of the item, and then link it to the listing manually. (Once the picture is uploaded, in the top right corner of the image you can click to add a click through link url)

I have a Tumblr account but it's a bit tricky and I can't figure it out. I do know that you can't post from Etsy, at least I couldn't so I uploaded items individually. Good luck to you!

I read a post from this team and immediately joined. You can add the pinmarklet from Tumblr to your browser bar. Then when you are on your Etsy page you click the button and select the Photo tab which allows you to choose your image.

I have been able to add the tags from the advanced options page once but the other times I just went back and added them when the item was posted.

Another great way to spread the word is through instagram! I am currently using it right now. I began the instagram for my store last week and so far I have 45 followers. If you download the app "Tags for Likes" it shows the most popular tags. I have 62 likes on one of my photos. You can also post your etsy link on your instagram page. In a couple of hours I have 20 something views from that link! Let me know if you have any questions! I'm still trying to figure out how to get more followers!!

I still can't figure out how to customize my tumblr page, but I have learned alot today. So thank you for your imput everyone. I was using the link button instead of photo.
