I use Stitchlabs to synch all my sales to my etsy shop. When an item is placed on sale, I do not renew the listing once it expires. Stitchlabs also does not synch this item to renew . It does not have permission to renew items I mark on sale.
Well today over 80 items renewed themselves without me knowing. So this may sound like a stitchlabs problem. However I also just switched to the "new" listings version today (which I hate & regret)
IS there any way to tell what time these items renewed themselves?? NOt what day but what time. I want to know if this problem occurred because of Stitchlabs glitch or because I chose to use the "new" version of listing manager on here.
Can anyone help me?? Some of these items are so old and we don't even have these any longer.
