Getting more Google views.

Can anyone out there tell us how to get more views outside of etsy. We are gradually picking up steam and our sales are increasing each month but almost all of our views come from etsy. What can we do to increase views on google and from other search engines. This has been a gradual learning experience for us but each day we figure out something new and now that we are having sales it's very exciting!

Try using google analytics, specifically their keyword search feature.

Jodi, I looked at your listings and I would have said to optimize them for Etsy's relevancy search ... BUT you're doing pretty good already, so maybe you should leave them alone. LOL!

Your keywords look pretty good. Did you select your keywords using Google's keyword tool? adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal?forceLegacy=true

Using keyword phrases that are popular in GOogle searches is a great way to start Google SEO.

Once you have your keyword phrases in place, then work on building backlinks to drive your shop higher up in the search results. Studies have shown that most people do not look past page 1 of the search results. Getting go page 1 is a good goal to have.
