Front Page?

Hi, this my be an odd question but how do the treasuries get picked for the front page? How many people have been featured from etsy success team and how did it affect your sales? Is the key to make more and more treasuries (and maybe you'll be featured in more treasuries)? I know that being on the front page will get lots of views and just wondered if anyone had any advice. It seems to me that the treasuries picked are pretty random but have high views so is it important to have a huge fan base to get noticed on the front page?

check out this article. I've seen this several times posted in different places. how true is it? pretty complicated, I think. I have had an item from my shop on the front page treasury. it did make a difference in views. didn't get me a sale, not one. some of the treasuries don't have high views when they are first posted on the front. the more treasuries you make, the more people will put you in theirs. when I am actively doing treasuries I get way more views.

Jenn, Thanks for posting this question. It's one I've had myself. I'm still just getting acquainted with all that Etsy has to offer. I'm thrilled to have made my first two sales yesterday and am aiming to connect with other inspiring shop owners. I need to start work on creating some treasuries thanks Jen and Jenni!

I was featured on the front page a few days ago and the views shot through the roof and I made two sales from it!! I was so excited I couldn't believe what I was seeing.

I try and do lots of treasuries and the days I do them my views do go up. This time of year it is hard to get to them. It would be interesting to know what the "pickers" of the front page look for. :)

There are rumours that they favour treasuries that include trending word tags. Ican't remember where you find out what this month's trending tags are... but it's useful to know for your own store anyway.
