Free shipping minimum

Is there a way to create a coupon code with free shipping over $50? I realize I could change the shipping to $0 for each listing over $50, but say a customer bought two items that totaled $50 or over? I'd like to have the free shipping applied in that case as well.

No, but you could offer it as a refund after purchase.

Refund after purchase - bad idea.
You've paid out fees based upon your purchase price.
Just price it right!

Free shipping is always a perk that motivates me to buy an item.

I don't know about Direct Checkout, but Paypal adjusts the fees if you give a partial refund (I've done it).

I could be wrong, but I think etsy adjusts fees for direct checkout if you were to refund shipping after purchase...

Aura, etsy and PayPal refund fees based on how much you refund. You don't lose anything.
