So I am having the hardest time finding where I should enter feedback? I sold a tree and they received it so I wanted to leave feedback about how quick they paid. Is there a place I can put that or is feedback just for sellers?
Under the "Your Account" drop down menu, you will find "Feedback" on the list. There are tabs there for completed feedback and items waiting feedback. You can enter your feedback message there and choose positive, neutral, or negative feedback.
Hi Kelsey, Usually there is a little note right under the orange Etsy logo that reminds you that you need to leave feedback. It is for sellers and buyers. You can click on your "account" on the right top side next to your shop name. A menu will come down and "feedback" is a selection, click on it and then you can figure it out from there.
