Yesterday was a very exciting day! Etsy says I had my first sale! YIPPY! Now all I have to do is wait for it to process. How long does this usually take? Is there anything I need to do on my end or is this part all for Etsy to handle?
Carol, I'm so happy for you!!! Click on the transaction receipt number to see if the payment has cleared. If it has, ship the item! If it hasn't tell the buyer this and you will ship as soon as it clears.
Don't wait for it to be put in your account. You can also go to your shop > finances > payment account to further research if the payment has cleared.
If the payment was through DC, Etsy says that it can take up to 48hrs for a payment to be processed, but usually it's faster than that. If it takes more than 48hrs, you might want to check with Etsy.
