I love Pinterest and use it a lot. I find my stuff pinned on there all the time and according to my shop stats most of my traffic is coming from Pinterest. When you click on one of your listings and are looking at it there should be a couple buttons on the right side that say pin it, tweet it, etc. When you click pin it then it will come up for you to pin and will automatically be linked back to your shop when someone clicks on it.
I try to have a lot of boards that will appeal to a wide range of people and I have a specific board titled "on my shop" and that's where I pin things from my shop.
