Do I open another shop?

Hi!

I'm in the planning phases of launching a new line to sell infant onesies and toddler tshirts using my original designs and super soft transfers.

I just wanted some advice on whether or not to open a second shop for the clothing. I want my shop(s) to be cohesive so I'm thinking it might be best to separate them, but I'm not sure, since I will be using some of the same images that I use for my prints.

I was thinking if I do open a second shop, the name would be very similar, like mElleBaby and would have the same branding.

Any advice is much appreciated!

I think you could easily sell what you described in this shop, especially if you will have many of the same designs available. (FYI, I don't know the specifics but I've read that "onesies" is a registered trademark.)

Yes, I am aware of the "onesies" term...it's just hard because infant bodysuits are so often referred to as onesies, just like "Kleenex" is used to refer to a tissue!

I wouldn't open a second shop. I think the onesies will fit the look of your existing shop - - no need to juggle two.

I agree, keep it together. Someday you might to want to expand and add more items as well.
