The photos definitely need work. I'm sure you don't need telling that some of them are blurry, but also they are not very interesting - I think a mix of close up, and 'full item' pictures, throughout your shop, would look better. Also when you go into each individual item you have only used two of your photos up, try photographing from different angles, or with props to show size etc. Give the customer as much information as you can. (Also if you can't get good close up photos, try taking good quality regular photos then crop them down using any basic photo/paint programme)
Also, you need to add more to your descriptions. Add something about who might want the item, which occasions they might wear it. You could link back into your shop, or to matching items etc. People can't see and touch your items like in a shop, so you need to add something that entices the buyers to buy your items over any other hair bow. What is your USP - unique selling point?
You also might want to look at the wording of your shop policies. There's nothing wrong with the policies themselves - but you could make them sound more welcoming.
