Anything you would change?

Hi all,

I was wondering if there is anything that you would change in my shop. I've tried to make it as SEO friendly as I can, as well as make my pictures cohesive. Is it just a case of getting more items in and waiting patiently? Or should I still be amending and updating etc.

I'm not saying that I'm not happy with my progress, I definitely am. My shop is a hell of a lot better than when I started, and I knew sales would be slow to begin with, and I am selling in quite a few different places.

Thanks,
Marie.

Alter a little every day. Check your stats to see which keywords bring in traffic, and replace the ones that don't. :)

Re: Anything you would change?

Marie,

Saw your post, figured I'd share with my two of my recommendations.

◘ Re-examine your keywords and placement. Example - would some one type the title "Just ask" in either vintage or hand made search? Food for thought.

◘ Also, you can do a better job providing a polished visual brand for your customer. Etsy tends to favor neutral/white backgrounds for most products that become front page material. A free lightbox would go a long way.

You have some real nice products. I believe you have room for improvement when it comes to getting that product in front of a client. And a bit more cohesive visual brand will help cement a buyer from a looker, when you do get them to view your products.

Just my 2¢ - I run a Web Design and SEO Shop here on Etsy.

Hope it helps!
