I thought this would be a fun thread, as lots of us are looking for some critiques/advice. Rate the banner from the shop above on a scale of 1 to 10 and tell why. :)

I'd never looked at your banner, Zoe - I love it! Clean and neat. I know mine needs to be changed. It's got snowflakes on it. LOL

A 9. Simple, uncluttered, clean lines, sweet message. It would be a ten except I think it could be more colorful with a flower swatch than just a leaf. But I love it. Well done.

Erin, I think it's gorgeous, so about a 9. BUT I agree with the snowflakes point...maybe some blossoms for spring? :)

Very earthy Zoe. . .I'll give it a 9 for having a creative touch with the beginning bloom stage of the tree. The fonts and background also represents your store front like an actual store without going overboard with color. Plain & simple with class.

I think your banner is lovely, but your shop name doesn't stand out for me. It is about a 7 because of this. The writing is small and dark against the background...perhaps a bolder, larger white font? Good luck!

Ashley, Great colors & beautiful illumination! The ONLY critique I might suggest is filling the space on either side with product or a decorative pattern so the sides don't seem so empty! Definitely a 9!

Lizzy and Jane - I like the idea of your banner and the wording. The only thing I would change is to add some color. I love your shop with the bright colors. I would give it an 8.

I really like the banner overall I do have to say that I am not found of the scratched type on the Ampersand, I realize that is the sweet typset, but for some reason I really studied it and it just feels as though it just didn't scan clean. Otherwise, I love the type, the design is crisp, clean and yet fits well the overall theme of your shop. So I will give ya a 9

With a name like that you can't go wrong! I ADORE horses and own 2. I love that your banner shows a piece of your work, not the entire thing just the glitter and sparkle!

I also love copper jewelry, but it doesn't like me, makes me itch something awful!
