I agree that a large part of your problem is your photos. MUNIshop that Marie linked before have a great style to aspire to where photography is concerned.
I think you could work on your tags, titles and descriptions. There are a lot of excess words at the start of each title which are so specific I doubt anyone is using them to search for your type of product. You could try some phrases like 'workout headband', 'exercise headband', 'polka dot headband' 'patterned headband' 'terry headband', in the title, tags and worked in natural sounding text into the first few paragraphs of the description.
I think if you can, expand your descriptions to really tell the customer exactly what the piece looks like. Imagine they cant see the image for some reason. So include a description of the pattern, the measurements of the piece and what head size it might fit. I'd also try and use the description to tell the customer why your headbands are the best - the adjustable feature could be made more of?
