Contact Owner for Custom Order

This shop has a button on the left side under their shop name that says, "Want a custom order?" and a button to contact the owner.

Has anyone seen this or do you know how to set this up? I do a lot of custom orders.

I am confused. I joined the team and went to my shop and options. I have my custom order link enabled but what is the next step after that? I guess I need someone to walk me through. Sad I know!! :)

Even though I offer custom on most of my items I went ahead and set it up also. Never hurts to have another option for customers to see.

i've actually been part of this prototype since the beginning but so far have only gotten one request via the button that never followed through, but 2 custom requests through normal convo that they did end up buying...
