I was just on the 8am PDT Monday morning lab, and heard that Etsy has changed it's search drop down/ categories in the listing manager so that some of our key words aren't coming up. I tested this with what use to be a popular search term for my art "Figure art" and NOTHING drops down - even after I type the entire thing.
Is there a blog post or an online lab archive that can help us walk through the changes to the new search drop down/ the new categories?
I'm struggling - since I sell figurative art - but people OUTSIDE the art world call it "figure art." I had been trying to figure out my drop in sales over the past 2 months - and I believe these types of changes are the reason. (I have always had consistent sales in the winter, in spite of tax time).
Can anyone point me in the direction of some materials that can help me get my shop back on track?
