Design logos? For a reasonable price?

I have some ideas, but I don't have the tools to set my idea into motion- ie no photoshop. Not to mention I don't want to ask national businesses when I have such a talented team here!

I want to get everything planned for 2013 and kick butt! Haha

search logo design here on Etsy. There are quite a few people who will design something for you at a reasonable price.

What do you consider a 'reasonable price'?
