Can anyone explain a sudden drop in views?

I'm fairly new to ETSY and for the last few months have been getting a fairly good number of views and in the last week my views have dropped big time?

Any suggestions on what might be going on?

Since all the changes Etsy have made lately, many are complaining of a drop in sales and views. On the other hand others are saying it's better than ever. And October is supposedly a slow month for selling.

Are you still renewing?? Are you trying to promote your work as much as you can?? Since the change to Relevancy, it's taking much more work to get your work noticed now.

don't stop relisting. I did this when relevancy took over, noticed a big drop in views and sales, and started relisting a few items a day. my shop traffic has improved since doing that.

I am having the same problem. I was getting a lot of views but it is dropping off a lot!

try redoing your tags, think like a buyer what would they type to find your item, do a search for items like yours and look at the tags people use to make their items come up on the first few pages. happy sales all

Thanks everyone! I'm glad to hear that I am not the only one whose views have dropped. I had stopped renewing my items since so many posts I've read say that renewing isn't as important as it once was since it is supposed to be all about relevancy now.....who knows what's going on! I've also reworked tags and titles the other week. I guess I will just keep playing around and hope the next few weeks pick up! Thanks everyone!
