We've been doing our line of laser-engraved wood jewelry for just more than a year now. The business is doing great at our craft shows and wholesale arrangements with boutiques/ galleries, but our Etsy store really hasn't gotten the effort/ energy it properly deserves. That's where our attention is now: we've been (like so many of you) working to really build our Etsy customer base. I'm a bit of a systems geek; I like my routines and to-do lists, so I've been building a task list of daily/ weekly/ monthly tasks for promotion and shop maintenance within our store.
I'm curious if any of you maintain promotion/ shop maintenance check lists? And if so, what's on them? What do you do on a daily/ weekly/ monthly basis to keep things fresh, and promotion rolling along nicely? What are your most important promotion tasks?
