Blatant copying - Advice please!

I just saw this posting on Etsy from "Bayword123"

These are my exact shoes AND my photos....and even that ugly rug is mine! I wrote to the shop to ask them to remove immediatly or I would contact Etsy. Anything else I need to do?

I also found this listing on Pinterest - does anyone know how to have that removed as well?
Any input is appreciated.

Report the item to Etsy. There's also a report button on Pinterest.

Just an FYI. This thread is considered calling out and is against Etsy rules. Even though your item has been copied, you still can't call someone out on the forums like this. Etsy will shut this thread down.

I have to admit, it's pretty bad that she admits to using someone else's photos at the end of the listing.

Report the seller as soon as possible. Apparently, she does not consider against TOU using other sellers' pics without crediting them.

I would've contacted the seller first and explain that those are your pictures and that you would like her to take them down immediately.... since you've done that I would contact Etsy and file a claim. Some people have a lot of nerve...

Thank you for the FYI on "calling out" - I had no idea!! I have reported this through the proper Etsy channels. Always learning! =)
