I have used Spoonflower for a while and with my own designs I've been really pleased with the outcome. A customer wanted a different design off there for a dress (which was fine) so I ordered it. When it arrived it had a few white dots where the ink hadn't printed and when I washed it faded so much it looked second hand.
I have to prewash it as the dress will shrink when they wear it otherwise but I can't possibly make and send this. I have emailed spoonflower with a scan of the fabric and await a reply.
I just wondered if anyone else had had similar problems?
