Anybody else problem with paypal payments?

Has anybody else had problem with paypal?
In the last few days I have had 2 paypal payments not coming through, and 1 customer telling me he wasn't able to choose paypal as payment method. The last successful transaction I've received through paypal is Jan 11. I'm wondering whether it's a system issue with paypal, etsy or that it has something to do with my personal paypal account..

There were some issues with PP and integration with DC a few days ago. On and off it seems. Have a look at the Bugs section of the Forum. There are a few threads about it.
