Any idea for Promotion for Christmas ?

Dear team,
X'mas is coming and i know that it's a good season for us to increase your sale. I have thought many ways to promote and push the sale up- and one of this is customer with bill over 50 USD will get 1 leather key-chain free or X'mas decoration free- is it ok?

Don't ask me to link to a source because since Etsy revamped their policies it's next to impossible to find anything anymore. I do know that's been their policy for as long as I've been here (since 2009).
