I think it might be wise though to start threads for advice as for instances, like, "What to do when a package is lost. . . post tips here," or, "What happens when a customer isn't responsive," etc. I know people do come to this team with the best intention to get advice in these situations, even though it is against rules. So I think if threads are started with just a general question without a transaction tied to it, I think that will help people out a lot (and hopefully cut down on spammers).
