Advise needed for specific item from my shop

It seems like views do not equal to sales at all!
I need some advise for my specific design shown below, sterling silver unicorn necklace. It's completely made of solid sterling silver, not plated nor hollow. And I even posted a pic of hand-carved wax mold to show it's original handmade. However, still no sales (Not even 1 sale) for this unique item on my shop. Any advise for this item I personally love so much? really appreciate that.

Maybe in the title put "hand crafted" or "hand molded".

I personally found your title a little confusing. Maybe you could try and make it a bit clearer that it's available in gold and silver.
It is absolutely gorgeous, though, I love it!

Thanks for all the response. It's indeed sterling silver, however, if there's special request I will plated the sterling silver pendant with 18k gold. And actually I did separate the listing of silver and gold before, however, there's no sales and I really wanna save some listing fees, so I made on listing only now. :(

If it's silver, I would use a silver image for the first photo and then make a separate listing for the gold one (it's $0.20 and might get you a sale because it will eliminate confusion!). Just state clearly that THIS listing is for a SILVER unicorn but that they can purchase a gold-plated one here: (and provide a link to your other listing). The listing for the gold one can then link back to the silver unicorn... so no matter which listing someone lands on, they can easily find and choose between the 2 options.

Also, the description says that it has a stone set in place for its eye, but that isn't really visible in any of the photos.

You do lovely work... I'm guessing that you just need to make sure that your descriptions are crystal clear and that they answer ALL of a customer's questions (because they often won't take the time to convo you to ask!).

I have no idea what the lost wax method is so for those of us not familiar with metalwork either include a description or take that out.

change "it" to "the mold" otherwise its a little vague as to what you are directing the customer to look at


MATERIAL:
✓ The necklace is made of solid sterling silver all the way through.
✓ It is NOT silver plated and its NOT hollow. (18k gold over sterling silver)
✓ It is three dimensional and highly polished, NOT flat.

The second line is basically reiterating the first line but this " (18k gold over sterling silver)" is confusing because it sounds like you are giving an example of what the necklace is NOT instead of what it is. Also, if this listing is for a silver necklace then avoid referencing the gold plated version in the description of the silver necklace. Put that later in the listing with a link to the gold version as an option but not in the same listing. People who are shopping for silver rarely are interested in gold and vice versa so having the option in the same listing may confuse or turn off potential silver clients.

Also available in SILVER color, just place the order here and Please specify the color (Silver/Gold) you require in the comments section once you purchase this unicorn necklace.

You dont say what you want the seller to let you know. If this isnt a custom order then I wouldnt give the option to customize it even with the plating. Use that other listing and a link here instead.

As someone else said, its $.20 and it will eliminate the confusion for your customers which in turn could lead to a sale. I personally do not like to click on listings where the item being sold is not the one pictured (or will be if its a custom order) or where its possible to end up with the wrong item by mistake if I havent carefullyu read the entire description. I know as a seller I should do this each time but sometimes i just want to know what it is and buy it. I run my shop and my home by the K.I.S.S. theory : Keep It Simple Stupid. Not that someone is stupid but sometimes you need to think like someone who is to make sure everything is easy enough for even those who might not think like you do.

I could be wrong, but I think of unicorn necklaces as being for little girls. I'm not a mom, but I don't know if I'd spend $55.00 on a necklace for a child. I don't even spend that much on myself!
