Advice please

I received a review from a customer yesterday. Her comment for one item was, "These are beautiful cards with vibrant original images. They will be a pleasure to give; Thank you!" However it's a 3 star rating.

This customer purchased two other items and they are rated 5 stars with similar positive comments.

So what are your thoughts?

Write customer and ask if something was wrong.... they will most likely say Oh no why? ...then you could go well your review etc.

It looks like a "typo" kinda mistake to me....

I'd definitely ask her. She may have meant something entirely different, she may have made a mistake and will change it - but either way, you'll know! I wouldn't make a huge case out of it with her, but I'd ask! You know, something like "I really appreciate your kind comments, thank you... but I just wondered, was there some issue with (XYZ) card?"

I have sent her a message via "contact customer". If she responds and wishes to change the rating, can she do it under "purchases and reviews" from her account?

Does she get notified of the convo through email? I am wondering if she would see the message if she is not signed in on Etsy.
