Adding FAQs to my shop

I want to add a FAQ to my shop in the More Information section. I have others there that I created with ETSY first came out with standard policies for shipping, etc. But now I can't figure out how to add to my FAQs. All I seem to be able to do is edit or delete the ones I have. Can anyone help? There was no response when I asked in the Forums.

When your shop is in edit mode, there should be a "+" sign and the words "add a FAQ" under the More Information Section.
If you want to make your own question select "Custom" from the drop down menu, fill in the blank space with your question and then the next space for the answer.
Don't forget to hit Save.

My ornaments come in either a 3" or 4" size, depending on the design. The exact size will always be noted in the listing.
