Activity feed not always accurate?

This morning my shop stats say someone favorited my shop, but it isn't in my activity feed. Does that mean they decided not to favorite it? I would think if that was the case then it wouldn't be in my shop stats anymore either.

Also I was looking at the stats for one of my items and it says it was in a treasury. There isn't anything in my activity feed about it. I'm really bummed about that. Is there a way to find the treasury? I searched my shop name in treasuries, but it only pulled up three and they aren't the one I'm looking for. Is it possible to find treasuries by date?

I'm wondering what else I've missed because it wasn't in my activity feed.

I've noticed things have been taking longer to show up in my activity feed, maybe it just hasn't shown up there yet?

I had noticed that the activity feed isn't quite right. I don't pay much attention to it anymore.

Sometimes the person who favorites a shop or an item has their favorites set to private. They will not show up in your Activity Feed.

If their favorites are set to private it shows up as "secret admirer".

I found someone who favorited my item on the day it was supposedly in a treasury thinking maybe that was who put it in their treasury, but it isn't in any of the treasuries they have made. Maybe they changed their mind and took it back out?

The person might have unfavorited your item. I did that for a few items tonight. I favorited things while shopping for something so I could compare, then unfavorited the ones I decided not to buy.

As far as the treasury, some treasuries are set to private so only the curator can see it. It could be a private shopping list or something they're still working on.

The activity feed is just weird. Tonight I had 3 people favorite the exact same 2 bracelets in the same order within 4 minutes of each other. And they all favorited my shop too. Coincidence? I think not.

This morning I had 3 people favorite my shop and all said "27 minutes ago." One of those people favorited 5 or 6 items as well. I highly doubt they all favorited my shop at the same exact time. I suspect there's a delay in the activity feed catching up to stuff.

There probably is a delay, though they could be within the same minute, but not at the exact second and etsy rounds the time up or down.

I just thought it was so weird that 3 people favorited the exact same two bracelets from my shop the other day. Oh well, I will just figure that it really happened, lol.

One person hearted it, and then the other two people hearted it from their own Activity Feed. I do all the time to build up my Treasury favorites.

I had a favorite on an item of mine that only showed up in the activity feed yesterday. It didn't show up in my stats or the favorites of the person who gave it a heart. It was weird. The favorite it still there according to my AF but no where else. I bet it was a glitch.
