ADMIN: site issues?! cannot renew listings day 2

is anyone else unable to renew their shop listings? I looked to see if etsy was down for updates or something but i didnt see anything and this is day 2 that i cannot renew any listings in my shop.

i selecte the items to renew, continue to renew when promted about renewal fees for selected listings, and then get etsy's error screen that something went wrong.

whats the deal???

What browser are you using? I was just able to renew with Firefox.

I had this same problem for 2 days as well. I solved my problem by logging out of my etsy account, the logging back in. For some reason, it worked. Good luck

ive tried logging out, clearing my cookies and such, restarting my computer.. made sure my etsy bill was paid..zilch! im using both internet explorer on a pc (at work) and safari on a mac (from home).

I was able to renew 2 lsitings, just now... but all the others are getting errors? what the heck..

This just happened to me, I don't know why but I was able to renew when I clicked on the expired/sold listing and then clicked on renew that route.
So maybe go to the listing through the sold orders and click on it, or if it is an expired listing go to look at it and then hit the renew button that way.

Did that make any sense at all ;)

Yes this has happened to me but I keep at it for a bit and finally it will renew.

I had one renew 2x, like I somehow made a copy of the listing, not really sure how. Anybody else have this happen?
