Hi All,
I started my Christmas shopping this evening and bought something from (a shop) here on Etsy. They are customized cufflinks. I paid through Pay Pal. So I go back to look the shop and it is now gone! Am I stuck now? Or do some people shut their shops for a few hours? I know I don't.
I emailed the guy asking him if I will still get my product because his shop no longer shows up.
My question is this, if I don't get my order, will Pay Pal refund me or help me to get my money back? This guy had good reviews but I am afraid I may have been scammed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
