Hi I have a question, when I sell a item I know Etsy automatically re news it for you and but what if I only had one of it and I cannot make it again? I don't want to take it off but still be charged for the renew transaction, what can I do??

Etsy won't renew it for you if you set the quantity to one. If you only have one, it sells, and that's the end of that.

Just set your quantity to one. Then it will say "sold out" in your "sold orders" page.

Just make sure when you list it, you only list your item as the quantity being 1. If you do that, it will not automatically relist. :)

I thought that was the reason but I have sold two items that only have one quantity and that still does not work it still renews my items?

It shouldn't be doing that. If the quantity is set at one it'll automatically be marked as sold out after it sells. I have a few items in my shop with multiple quantities. The only items that automatically renewed when sold were the ones that are set up at quantities of more than one.

Yeah I don't get it either but then just barley I did a trade and that item that I sold also only had 1 quantity and that did not renew? This does not make sense to me? Unless the other two items that I sold I put down 2 but I don't think I did?
