A Question about Reviews

Hello team,

I received a nice note from a buyer saying how happy she was that the tea cups she ordered arrived safe and sound and packing was great. In a note back to her I asked if she wouldn't mind leaving a feedback and that she would be my second one! She did write a review but sent it through the contact me option. I wrote back thanking her and to explain that reviews are left via the purchase page and to try again, but she never responded and the review was never publicly posted.

So my question is: Is there a way to redirect that review and place it where it belongs?? Or it that only in the hands of the buyer?

The buyer has to do that. At this point, I wouldn't bug her about it anymore.

I get a notice when I log in about items I have up for review. I'm starting to wonder if not everyone has those.

As frustrating as it might be, if I were you I'd just leave it alone now. You don't want to appear too pushy. It seems that she wrote it in the wrong location, but now it's out of your hands. You'll have to just smile and be glad that she loved her cups enough to let you know personally. Hopefully soon you'll get some great feedback in the correct location. :)

I hear you about not bugging her anymore although I feel I already did that and feel bad about it. Overall, though, I am happy that she was happy with her purchase and that's the most important thing right now. Figured I'd ask anyway....and thank you for letting me know

The review alert does not appear in all the test views. I know this because when I sign in through chrome I can see it but through Firefox there is no alert. Also many people stay signed in...it only appears upon sign in unless you actually go to your purchase & reviews section.
