Just stopping by to see hows everyones 2014 is going so far?

Had 4 orders so far this year, which personally I'm pretty pleased with! I'm also coming up to my 1st etsy anniversary which is exciting.
And for off etsy life I have applied to university, and recently got my first offer from London UAL yippppeeee.
So far so good :)

January was pretty good, 4 sales. I know that doesn't sound great to some, but I have a higher price point. I also have 2 custom requests which will be filled shortly.
I also started a new section within my tote/purse section of wedding items. They are being viewed regularly.
In wishing you all success, I went to each of your shops and "faved" a few items.

HeatherSides - Use all of the space that Etsy provides within your title and then repeat those same words in your tags. Go through the other shops and "favorite" several of their items and they will return the favor to you. This will result in more views of your shop.

It good to see so many doing well.
2013 was wonderful for my shop, almost double the orders I had for '12!
But, so far '14 has been a dud. This Jan had half the orders that I had last Jan.

January was better than December and I've had 3 orders so far in February. So far, a good start to the year!

Hello everyone!
I have had 12 orders so far this year... but have been surprised at how LOW my views and admirers have been as compared with my first two months. I thought it would get steadily more traffic not less! It seems like some others have seen a slump in views as well.....

I had 1 sale which I'm pretty happy about, since I haven't worked very hard on my shop and only started listing at the end of the month.

I am happy with the amount of sales I'm making!

On a 10 items average a month for the past years,
I sold 17 items in January ans 6 so far in February.

I feel like things were slow in January (which they always are for me - I've been here 5 years), but then I looked at my month-end stats, and it actually wasn't that slow. My handmade biz is my main source of income, so when things feel slow like this, I start to get nervous! I had about 60 sales in January, which isn't bad, but that's nothing compared to my December numbers. I'm always a little blue once the holiday shopping season is over...but on the bright side....I only have to go to the post office about 2-3 times a week right now, so that's kinda nice!

So far so good, I got a sale ventured into the world of twitter and it's going good lots of views and followers so far. Just got my shipment of some supplies in yesterday so I can start working on some new peices for my shop!! So hopefully it continues with more sales :)

2014 is going ok...have made one sale on Etsy, which is more than I had expected to do to be honest!
This year I am devoting more time to my Etsy shop and am working on making different items to attract more customers....hopefully, it'll mean that after a few years I end up making a profit.

I'd like to wish all Etsy shops a happy and successful 2014 :)

Things are steady for me, which is allowing me the time to design, create, list new items and work on my shop.

Love making new things, so enjoying myself.

No Etsy orders but have sold several things elsewhere which is good. Views and favourites are up recently - so fingers crossed will have first sale of 2014 on Etsy again soon!!

So far 2014 is going well....23 orders in January and now already 4 orders. I must say that January was one of my greatest months since I have opened Hippo’s dream.
Hope 2014 will continue like that. That would be great!

I completely know how you feel! I just got accepted to the university of my choice too, and I feel on top of the world! My sales have been great and I hope it just goes up from here!

My year has started out great! 50 or so sales and I have added several new items this year. I have had over 200 items in my shop a couple of times.

Truly blessed with orders (for Valentine's)! I had to stay up until 4am and wake up at 8am today because of that. But I am very thankful :)

I'm happy with 2014 so far. I had 7 sales in January and in the first week of February I have had 5 sales. :)

So far 2014 has been going well for me. I have had my first two sales which is a great feeling and I have been working on building up my listings and also started a little shop blog, which is very fun to update!
Off Etsy life is also good. I live in Italy and have been trying to learn Italian. I started a new language course in Jan and have notice a big improvement in how much I understand and can say.

I am happy everyone else has similarly positive stories! xx

2014 has started off very strong for my shop which I'm so thankful for. This year I reached my 1,000 sales goal and have already hit 1,050! I think 1,000 is that magic number everyone talks about ;)

January has been ok, had a few sales. This shop really slowed down around October and is starting to pick back up again.

My knitting shop however, was the exact opposite. The holiday run was very busy and January was very steady. It is starting to slow down now.

I am starting to work with my sewing machine again. I had so many knitting orders that I didn't touch my sewing machine for over 3 months! I am going to start a new line of wallets so I am playing with those now and having fun with my fabric stash!
