HELP with client

This is really impossible person Yasmine Sfendla  , this girl buy me 2 ring that i offer a 9Us , in one ask me a size 6 in the other she just tell me small. So i made one correct and second small. When she receive she told me is not so small, after spoke i tell her ok send me the size of the 2 one and i will made newone FOR FREE and i will SHIPPING for free with royal mail, she told me , i must to know small size ring.... that she dont want to wait 2 more week... so for finish the discussion i give her a refund item 7 euro. I explain to her that i cant be able to made a ring without a size, she dont finish but ask me all refund. So i tell yes i will do but you must to send me all pachages back and i will give you all refund, she told me to send the label , that she dont want to pay the return.... i screenshot her the rule of the shop of etsy , but nothing. is many days she conyinue molest my person with false things and play with my time. i offer new ring for free and she dont want to tell me size, she pretend i must to know her size!!!! so i give immediately a refund for this ring for finish the fight , but nothing she told me so many bad things about my work and many false things, i think would be good to made the option to block some client chat because she really broke my peace every time with her message with no sense , she lie, change things , fact. Is very imposible.

She alredy have a refund from a days but she continue to tell me things , i really offer a new one and also the refund but not like that she must to send me the other back and then i will give the rest of the money , and we spoke only about 16 euro because i alredy give back 7 euro.

i have no words for this type of client 

we must to have a bad list client where we can add , person so problematic and impossible like this one.

I believe there is a way you can block her ask ETSY and make this person known to ETSY through Email.  Etsy is great about writing back to you.

You can click on their name and when the drop-down menu appears, you will see "view user profile", select this option, go to her profile page and at the bottom of the page you can see the option "block this person"

Thank you very much the case is still opened and she continue to write to me in email , now i discover the block this person, Thank you very much for your help i didnt know about that also if i use etsy from 2 years ejjejeje.

I have the same problem, client wants free work done. Tell her I don't have the skill set for her needs, she refuses to listen to me. She floods the message thread with so so so many questions, thousands of words over and over again. She screams at me ( Typed in upper case) , is abusive. Refuses to pay for my time, demands all my time. I emailed Etsy in desperation, no reply.

I'm afraid if I ignore her she can cause trouble for me with Etsy. I can't loose my shop.

I'm at my wits end.
