What terms would you use to search for my items?

Hi all - just wanted some opinions and feedback on what terms you would use to search for my items so I can update my titles and tags. Thank you!

The keywords in your listings are not very good for getting found. You should add more keywords that shoppers use when they search for listings like yours. This involves keyword research.

Hi Mary - I thought my tags would be good for my products. What would you suggest? I have researched SEO and spent many hours on forums, etc. So now I am reaching out to people. I looked into shops that have the same/similar products as mine and are very busy shops, so I mirrored those tags.

The forums are not the best source for SEO advice. Copying listing titles and tags that popular sellers use is one way to start with SEO. We do not know which of those keywords are working for each seller and whatever else the seller might be doing to move sales along, such as promotion or advertising.

The general keywords you are seeing from high selling shops will not work for your shop right away. Your shop has very few sales and sales are a big part of Etsy's algorithm. It is time to move to the next step and find the more targeted keywords that shoppers use that will work for your shop.
