There really is nothing special you need to do for the upcoming design changes.
Each of your listings seem to have at least some good keyword phrases. With some keyword research using Google Adwords Keyword Planner, you can find more keywords that shoppers use and remove the words that shoppers are not using.
Most sellers are not aware of this but sales history is a very big part of Etsy's search algorithm. Your shop has few sales compared to the top sellers. Most of the listings that are shown on the first few pages of search results for each keyword phrase come from shops with high sales. It will take time for your listings to work their way up to where most of the shoppers are at the top of the search results.
