Mary, On step 5 of your Esty shop seo in 6 steps it says the following

Check your link popularity in Yahoo! Site Explorer at siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/mysites every so often to get an idea of where your links are coming from and how they are building up. Google is not the best place to check for links as Google only reports a small percentage of inbound links. Yahoo is the only search engine that reports all of the inbound links to all web sites.

In the Yahoo Site Explorer search box, type in "www./yourshopname.etsy.com" (without quotes) and click on the Explore URL button. Click on the Inlinks button. You should see a page of information that looks like this:

www.wingsdove.com/designgr/EtsyShopSEO-site-explorer.jpg

You will see of all the places on the Web that link to your shop, including all the links within Etsy. Make note of the areas I highlighted in bright pink, such as the URL address in the search box and the total links reported on the Inlnks button.

But you get a screen that says Yahoo! Search has merged Site Explorer into Bing Webmaster Tools.

And they want you to do a bunch of stuff to prove you own the site.

Can you please take a look and advise what to do now?

It says there is no info when I put in http://www.etsy.com/shop/LileesGramKnits

Does that mean they just haven't found me yet? If you search me on Google I am there.

Opensiteexplorer updates their database of backlinks only once every few months. Your shop will not show up if you have not created any backlinks.
