I need to take some of my photos over again! I'm trying to learn how to bring more traffic to my shop. Enjoyed my day here today, made some new friends.

I finally finished my about me page .... not sure if I like it or not though .... I have mixed feelings. I know what I am trying to say ... but I don't think it comes off very well LOL Anyone wanna take a look and critic me? =)

One of my shops is pretty active, the other is very quiet! Go figure.

I'm starting to think about Fall, and making more bracelets. I find over the holiday's they are good sellers and I never sem to have enough on hand.

The views of my shop are quite low recently.....hopefully, I can have one sale before the end of day!!!! LOL~
A single sale each day is my hope and goal.... :)

Thank you citydetails!!!!!! I guess until I have better pictures and something better to say it will stay that way. I think it's a little boring but oh well.

Didn't get to list anything today but I did get some sewing time in so I'll have some stuff to list tomorrow.

And I got 2 orders ... so that was nice!

Still waiting for some supplies so I can get more sewing done ... sometimes it's hard living on this rock in the middle of the ocean with supplies only to be found in the mainland =)

I took it easy during July because of a lot of family celebrations.

This month I have a lot of new work to list for the Christmas season so that should keep me busy.

This week (6th - 12th August) I'm offering free shipping to celebrate opening one year ago today! I can't believe it's been one whole year - it's gone so quickly!

SLOW! I am not getting many views unless I spend the whole day on here going to teams, forums, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

If I could just get more views without having to be on here all the time that would free up time to put more items on. sighhhhhh.

My gol is to revise my listing SEOs this month.
My business and views were non existant in June and July but for some reason my views have doubled and triples since Aug. 1st. I haven't even revised anything yet.

My goal is to also stay optimistic and list more items.

I listed some things today. And woke up to some sales. The rest of the day I plan to sew ... that is .... if my ribbon supply arrives in the mail. Otherwise I just might surf all day. =)

so far August seems kind of slow. The views have been holding steady (albeit it's a pretty low number) and no sales yet.

I got an invite to a huge and I mean huge Holiday Gift expo . It is an event I have always admired and I am very excited with the invite.. It has more than 30 thousand in attendance and it is held for 4 days..

Unhappy for the day....I am already scheduled that weekend....lol.

Busy every day sounds great!

I have noticed since I've paid more attention to tags and titles I am getting lower views but more hearts. I guess that's a good thing. No sales though lately.

SEO is a slow process. We all would love to see quick results for all the work that we do but with SEO, "slow and steady wins the race." Keep plugging away at whatever you begin to see working for you and eventually the cumulative effects of your work will pay off.

Personally, I am baffled by some of the small but, for me, annoying changes on Etsy, such as moving the top navigation links around from one side of the screen to the other. After playing, "find the treasure" for a minute or two, I finally found the links I was looking for. On Etsy, each day holds surprises and unexpected changes.

I hit 20 sales today! Very happy. I've had 9 sales since the 1st.

Today I shipped out 3 orders that I woke up too. Then I relaxed because I went to the eye doctor and my eyes were all weird. Once I could focus better I made 13 key fobs. Photographed them and then listed them.

Tonight I'll probably go digging in my fabric and try to think of something else to sew. =)

Very slow, but I only seem to sell my new items. If someone likes my paintings they seem to be bought within a week of putting them on. At the moment I don't have my normal time as its the summer holidays so looking after the kids has to come first. But getting a little bit done still whilst driving hubby mad at the late nights!

I am in disbelief that an auto repair shop would go ahead and do any work on my car before getting my authorization. They did work I did not want to have done and are refusing to back out the work. Mind boggling.

Business is good so far for August!

I made a rag quilt today that hopefully I'll be listing soon. And I got some of my supplies in (finally) so I'll be sewing like mad to try and stock more items in my shop! =)
