WHAT IS A SHORT LINK?
- A short link is the URL address until the end of the numbers, for eg:
https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/228737622- Just copy the url address of your listing as you usually would, but delete all the text after the numbers!
WHY?
- Etsy registers clicks from these links as "organic" - it doesn't know they came from an Etsy Team. This makes Etsy's system believe that people are finding your listing by themselves! All views supposedly increase your placement in Etsy's search results, but organic one's have more weight.

- To make viewing easier, you can open the links in a new window.
- There are two easy methods of doing this! 1.) right clicking on the link then go to "open in new window" or 2.) hold CTRL (if you have a PC) or cmd (MAC) on your keyboard (left of the space bar on both) and clicking the link as normal. This will open the link in a new window. Leave it open for at least 5 seconds before you close it. :)
