Hi there! I would love to organize one of those Parties. There are not a lot here in East Germany... The "problem" is that I am at 5 / 6 June not in town... and I just learnt about it yesterday!!!!! So it would also be very short term to organise it for then. Does it matter if I do it later? I can't find anything on the rules and I can actually set a different date on the calendar. I'm not sure what the official rules are, but I set mine as the 13th because I just realized there isn't one happening in my area! I'm not sure if this affects anything save for the fact that you probably can't get your swag package.
