Thank you so much. I am just about to go look at a space for the Craft Party and seeing this info. is very helpful as I try and paint a picture of my vision to the shop owner of the Craft Party! Can't wait for the May 5th DIY tutorial!

Looking good! I just went to share it on our team's facebook page and the graphic that shows up on the link is for last years party? Would like it to be showing for 2015 not 2014 when I post otherwise it'll confuse people!

I'm having quite a bit of trouble getting our event to load properly. It is showing up sometimes but there is no button for people to "attend" and on other craft party locations I see that option. Anyone able to help?

Cordelia if you are the organizer of the party you will not see that option on your craft party page. The only ones who can see the "I'm participating" button are others who look at your page.

@Lanie I actually checked that, by having my bf sign in and he sees the same thing that I do. There is no way to sign up - and no one will answer any of my "help" emails.

It is very frustrating.

I believe there is some sort of bug in the system if you are also a registered wholesale seller on Etsy, because my event will take you to my wholesale profile. And there is no way to sign up for the event there.

It is very odd.

Did I mention I was frustrated? ;)

Ok, so you are using a wholesale etsy account to set it up?

I am going to see if I can let someone know. I'm not an admin but have access to a board where they were setting this up.

Cordelia you event should be fixed now. He said they were aware of it and it was broken. I just saw you have people listed on it now as participating and I can see it now too.

We've hit the 35 RVSP min count for a Etsy swag box. So excited.

It was a bug - they fixed it.

Congrats on your 35! We are up to 11!

Yup, since the tool is still so new there are bugs here and there that may pop up. I know that they are still working on it to make sure it's running smoothly.

Thanks...I just checked it and now it's up to 40 but on our FB event page we are at 387 and still growing. Of all the years we have been hosting the etsy craft party here this year we decided to go bigger and include the community. So far we have about 23 vendors signed up and till accepting.

Hello everybody … and (please) H E L P ! ;-)

We have not yet any registration on Etsy for our (first) #craftparty in Brunswick (Germany) – I am posting it on facebook etc. but there are only a few people who are interested… Our Team is new and we have no experience in organizing such an Event.

Is there anything you would consider me to do…? Thanks for feedback and Tipps.
I have already invited all my friends – and some people want to come but they don`t want to register on Etsy.

Anette - You will find that people are likely to attend that have not RSVP'd. Have the people that are hosting it invite their friends to your facebook event page, hand out hand bills and post about it on their other social media sites. People don't have to sign up as attending on Etsy to come to your party. Good luck with yours.

Admin - I think it would be great to see something in people's shops that they are going to the Etsy Craft Party if they have signed up to attend or added a craft party event through the Etsy local craft party sign up page. I'm envisioning something similar to what we get when we sign up for an Etsy local event.

Since my Craft Party is having a vendor fair attached we set up an Etsy local page as well. I would be nice to have it show something about attending the craft party or even hosting like it does with Etsy local on our shops.

I'm also wondering about the date and theme of this year, as we are making our annual planning for the Belgian Etsy Teams and the Craft Party is something we want to organise for sure!

Hey guys I think the craft party is the same time every year, around 6th of june alongside Etsy Birthday!

It's not always around the same time. One year it wasn't even in June but later.
