i dont have a twitter account,but it seems like everyone does- is it good to promote business or what?

Yes! Twitter is one of my TOP referring sites to my blog and my store! It is a great way to get views, plus it's also great for networking! You can follow and tweet to fellow bloggers/sellers/etc!

Yes. You can update about anything you want, personal or business. You can follow whoever you want as well and you can respond to their tweets.

I'm still getting the hang of it - but got a huge huge boost today when BBC Woman's Hour started following me! I almost fell off my chair in fright.
I need to get better at using it for my business but I don't just like to 'SHOUT' about new listings and work all the time - I'm really just trying to engage with people - at a basic level, I guess that is 'business'
