Help with Content....

Only blogged a few times since actually starting my blog, and I feel as though I don't have any new or exciting topics to share. How do you all stay fresh and inspired with ideas for content? I'm open to suggestions. Thanks.

Hi, I've been blogging for over a year. I have 3 blogs. One that was hit and miss, one that I've started since July 4th, and my other poor sad blog, where I never did anything. What's worked for me is that today I created a blog schedule for myself. I thought of all the things I wanted to include on my blog, and scheduled a day for those things. Please stop by and tell me what you think and if it is helpful to you.

I started my blog a few months ago and admittedly I only have a few posts. I'm just starting to get the ball rolling. I think part of the problem was that I hadn't fully defined the goal of my blog so figuring out what to write about was daunting.

Right now I'm reading "Blogging for Dummies" which consists of 8 minibooks. Just reading a few chapters at a time really gets me pumped to write and there's lots of links to check out.

Schedules are good. I have a list of "types" of posts on my whiteboard to glance at every now and then when I need an idea.

Family
Daily Life
Inspirations
Crafts
DIY
Etsy Finds
Fashion

I blog as a way to document my life, my children, my inspirations and of course, all my love for craftiness.

Rabbitdogprints, I did check out your blog finally, that was quite helpful actually. I guess my goal is to post 2-3x per week but have it be exceptional content. I have come across a few that I just drift off once I start reading and I don't want to be one of those blogs.
