I changed my pixels on my blog (in the template designer) and I want my banner to go all the way across the 1000 pixels. I tried creating a banner with a length of 960 pixels but it's too big and if I click "shrink to fit" when I upload the banner (on page elements) it makes it 780 pixels and that's not long enough but if I don't click on shrink to fit, it turns into this:
