This should be the right group to discuss this, but it does seem unfortunately that this group doesn't really have the numbers to generate any real discussion. I have found that many people stick to the main Forums for their app questions and they get much more of a response.
Alternatively, you might find that a Team focussed on the topic that your app covers might lead to some better discussion - for example, the
https://www.etsy.com/teams/7744/etsy-us-tax-bookkeeping-and-business group is really good for discussing any accounting / bookkeeping type apps.
