I know how you feel, Michele, I've been there too, but I was so harried with my husband's medical issues, staying 24/7 with him in a hospital, I had to put it off (closing)h. By the time I could get back to it I had a couple more sales and I decided to just be passive and things went a little better. I still have practically no sales but I keep thinking it's better to have those than nothing considering how much $$$ I have invested in my inventory. There was a time when I had listings on pages 1-10 of searches and lotta sales, that's in the past and I hope it's in the future too.
It's hurtful when people leave bad reviews about the wrong things but the next 3 reviews are the good ones you are used to.
No one can tell you what to do, you are in control of that, I'm just telling you what worked for me. Deep breaths...
