We offer different plans. First plan is free of charge and it has no expiration date.

Welcome to our team. Well it works as you mentioned above. You can promote one listing at a time. Free plan offers a lot less promotion, but since it cost nothing it is still worth to use it :)

Hi i have a question i just sold 2 products to 1 buyer. But etsy calculated double mailing costs. I will pay her back. But what can i do? Should i change someting in my shop or does etsy have someting wrong?

Coupon codes are used to get a discount just for item itself not for shipping. Etsy has an option to set up shipping prices for combined items. Click on edit item and find shipping option where you can set up prices for „By itself” & „With another item”.

That means if customer purchase one product he will need to pay shipping price „by itself” if buys more than one, then shipping price will be „by itself” + „with another”.

Usually shipping depends on weight and country so you should consider that when you determine shipping prices.

Hello Patti,

Yes, it will be renewed for sometime. It is not decided when it will be stopped yet.

People are spamming their own Etsy shops or listings. Posts should be related to thread topic.

Just one coupon can be applied. Also, if you do not promote your product with a specific discount, Etsy leaves you an option to cancel the order.

This might be a silly question and if it is I do apologise in advance.

Okay, here is my question. I have been trying to figure out how to create 3 coupon codes like this

10% off for 3+ patterns, 15% off for 5+ patterns and 20% off for 7+ patterns

But, I can only put the cost in the box like £10.00 or so, not the amount of the items that buyers can put into their baskets.

Never created a coupon code before and I am so very confused and can' t find any proper answer on google or in the forums either.

Could you please help..I just wanna be able to put the amount of the items into the box on the create coupon code page, if possible...

I answered your question privately. It is a well known Etsy issue with coupon code names that were created before. Etsy shop owner can not use the same code name once it was used before.
