Help getting reviews

I'm trying to ask my customers to leave reviews, but for some reason they are struggling with that.
When I purchase things from other sellers, I get an automatic request for review with an orange botton and it's even stays in my notifications until I post the review!
How can I do that?
Please help a newbie!
