Re: Meet and Greet!

I'm Kelly and I live in Monterey, Ca. I grew up along the coast and have a deep love of the ocean. I make dolls from fabric and love experimenting with different textures. I started sewing at 4 and made my first doll at 7, so that makes 29 years. I collect different types of dolls and I love appreciating the work of others. I have 2 kids and spend loads of time at the beach. I also design textiles for a few projects and custom shops. I'm reviving my shop after taking 5 years off and I'm excited to see this new direction.

Re: Meet and Greet!

Hi! I'm Carole from New Jersey. I opened my shop a few years ago when I had to leave my office job because of health issues. I make all kinds of different items and love coming up with new ideas. But my dolls seem to have taken on a life of their own and have become one of my most popular items. I started with angels and have progressed to all kinds of holiday types. I get requests from customers for all holiday ones.
My dolls are made from paper twist on a wooden base. I'm having a lot of fun coming up with new ideas monthly and have so many different kinds yet to be made. Thanks for letting me sit in on this team. You are all so talented!!
