shipping using DC

I could use some help regarding printing postage. I just made another DC sale and read on another thread that printing postage was available. Where is that, I'm starting to feel frustrated and stupid.
I've also tried using paypal shipping after a DC sale. If there's no pending shipping available, I can't seem to get to the shipping label screen. I've tried reusing them , for example, an international sale that I want ot send first class and need to go to the post office anyway. it then sends up red flags about unconfirmed addresses and I don't want to invalidate anything by using an unconfirmed address. In case of damage or refund. Does anyone know a way to use paypal shipping that I've overlooked or haven't found?
Postage on DC orders is getting to be an issue for me.

Etsy integrated shipping is being rolled out to DC users and it sounds like it has not been activated in your shop yet. You can still use Paypal for shipping by going to www.paypal.com/shipnow/ and enter in the shipping address. You cannot ship first class international on Paypal. There would be no pending order in Paypal if the transactions was paid for by DC - hence the link to enter the address yourself.

I felt the same way. Just used the paypal link and it worked. I honestly would have cancelled the direct payment option if I couldn't use the paypal shipping. I tried the usps one but it won't allow you to use the first class small parcel option online. That is what I use most of all and it is the cheapest way for me to ship yet most people get their package within two or three days. I will join the shipping improvements team today also to see how that works out. Did I read somewhere that the shipping is not discounted or costs more than the PayPal one?

Does anybody know, when you print a shipping label thru etsy, where the funds come from? What account do they pull the shipping fees from?

@Lauren; I'm not a member of the shipping improvements team and I have it available in my shop already.

My problem is that the Etsy shipping doesn't include first class letters...so something I usually stick a $0.65 stamp on they want to charge me $1.85 to ship! Definitely not useful for all transactions.

If your still wondering, when You print a label through Etsy it get put on your monthly Etsy bill. That is where I found my charge.

My problem is my Post Office wants me to provide them with a single scan sheet with all the items on it. It saves us both time. I don't have to stand there and make sure they scan every single item I take in.

As far as I can tell, Etsy shipping does not have a multiple package option like PayPal does. I think I'll sign up for the shipping improvements team and see what evolves.
